Palace Hosting Services
At Sharp Sphere Palace hosting is our specialty. Sharp
Sphere has been serving the Palace community since 2000 providing
low-latency connectivity and server stability. Our staff
consists of highly-trained and apt Palace veterans who are very
service-oriented.
In order to accommodate the needs of Palace community, we have
created four individual packages, each specifically designed and
tuned to provide top-level service to Palaces of all varieties.
Service Description
We strive to maintain the integrity and low-latency of our
lines in order to provide lag-free Palace hosting. Each
Palace is entitled to its own address at any of our offered
domains. An example of a sub domain address would be
"mypalace.sharpsphere.com." Each of our Palace packages
include website hosting as well as e-mail accounts at any domain
of your choice.
Restricted FTP accounts (for specific purposes; i.e. Palace media)
are available per request.
Each package comes with our Sharp Control™
web panel for easy administration and maintenance of your Palace
server. Sharp Control™ enables
the user to administer their Palace server from any normal browser
whether you're at home or on the go. Also, FTP access is
provided for bulk file transferring, such as media and web
content.
Each Palace automatically creates a backup of its data [room] files
and rotates its log files on a daily basis. In the case of
data loss, the owner of the account or an authorized individual
may simply restore their Palace from a previous day backup using
our Sharp Control™ web panel. Our servers are serviced by our OC-3, providing
our users a lag-free, stable, and reliable Palace environment, ensuring
minimal downtime.
Since our network migration to our OC-3
line, we have had 0% unscheduled downtime and excellent feedback.
Currently, Sharp Sphere is one of very few companies providing
Palace hosting on high-bandwidth connections capable of serving
great amounts of traffic without even budging in latency.

We offer discounts on advance payments of three, six, or twelve
months. Please contact us for details.
Sharp Sphere will custom quote you a Palace server if
one of these packages does not fit your needs. Please contact a
Sharp Sphere representative.
* A dedicated IP address may be assigned to blue packages with prepayment
of six months or more.
